WWE Crown Jewel: 10 Things That Must Happen

4. Braun Strowman Beats Brock Lesnar

It feels like a lifetime since Braun Strowman meekly lost his first one-on-one stab at Brock Lesnar. In fact, that match took place less than a full year ago at No Mercy in September 2017. The same thing cannot happen again, at least not if WWE expect Braun to be taken seriously as a true monster for the remainder of the year.

The Roman Reigns' saga is a sad reminder that real life can get in the way of WWE's fantasy one. Whilst they weren't in control of that, they are manning the steering wheel when it comes to the Universal Title's destiny, and it's utterly key to Raw's immediate future that Strowman bags his first World Championship win.

What's the alternative? Brock Lesnar showing up every now and then? No thanks.

Raw has more than had its fill of Lesnar's part-time dominance for the time being. Crown Jewel is the right moment to give Braun a career high and then match him up against potential challengers like Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and other full-timers pre-WrestleMania.
