WWE Draft 2017: 10 Things That Need To Happen
4. Sasha Banks To SmackDown
The women's divisions of both RAW and SmackDown were given short thrift at WrestleMania 33, treated as something of an afterthought despite putting in eight months-to-a-year of solid work to elevate two brand new titles. Something needs to change if the red and blue belts are to remain hotly contested prizes, and this starts with 'The Boss' migrating to RAW.
Yes, it means we'll be deprived of Sasha vs. Bayley III, at least for the next twelve months or so, but that seems like a small price to pay in order to keep the divisions feeling fresh and diverse. We've seen as many combinations of Sasha vs. Bayley vs. Charlotte vs. Nia as is humanly possible over the last few months, and it's time to eliminate the possibility of any further repetition by splitting the Four Horsewomen once again.
Maybe Sasha's highly anticipated heel turn doesn't come against Bayley, but against the perpetually-betrayed fellow Horsewoman and first ever SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch. The change of scenery could spark a new motivation and mean streak for The Boss, and would make for some exciting potential matches over on the blue brand.
