WWE Money In The Bank 2026: 9 Things That NEED To Happen
1. Then Immediately Cashes In On Roman
OOFT! Bring it on.
Ideally, the men's Money In The Bank ladder match would happen before Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight. It doesn't need to main event if WWE fancies giving that nod to the women or even Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed (which is less likely than the other MITB match), but yes - putting Roman vs. LA on after the multi-man means this cash in would flow nicely.
Actually, nothing else would be able to follow Penta cashing in his briefcase to dethrone Reigns, would it? Yeah, let's just say that Roman vs. Knight is going on last in New Orleans so a certain masked man can dance out with his case in hand and shock the entire world by successfully beating the 'OTC' to leave with his title.
Imagine the number of replica masks WWE could sell if Penta leaves Money In The Bank as the new World Heavyweight Champion. Those in attendance for Monday's Raw would be tripping over one another to grab that merch and celebrate with Monday's new focal point, and a title switch would shake things up during the final few months of the year.
There'd be nothing wrong with trying out a Penta title reign between October-January/February. Nothing at all. He doesn't need to go into WrestleMania 43 as champ by any means, but he'd come out of that run a bigger star and that's surely the point.
