WWE Money in the Bank: Whatever Happened To The Winners?

2011, Money in the Bank PPV Yes! Last year's MITB ladder match was the launch platform for the one and only Daniel Bryan, who played the role of massive underdog perfectly before showing his true colours cashing it in on his 'friend' The Big Show. Bryan has since remained in or around the main event scene and after a successful run with the gold has entered in to a wet-dream feud withCM Punk. As for Monday Night RAW, Alberto del Rio eventually cashed his briefcase in against CM Punk in what would turn out to be an absolute flop run as champion. Whether WWE have regained confidence in del Rio remains to be seen. So who will win the 2012 event? There are several deserving names out there that really should get a chance to shine. Dolph Ziggler could finally become a breakout star on RAW while Smackdown could go with a reliable veteran like Christian or someone completely new like Antonio Cesaro or Cody Rhodes. This would have been the perfect opportunity too for a heel like Wade Barrett to relaunch himself, but injury has ruled him out for the time being which is a massive shame. Keep coming back to WhatCulture! to read more on any exciting developments to the MITB card, and let us know which superstars you think deserve to be called Mr Money in the Bank, 2012.
