There has not been much to get excited about in regards to Tyler Breeze and his transition from NXT to the main roster. On the April 22 episode of WWE Superstars, though, longtime fans saw a hint of the Prince Pretty they recognized.

Competing against United States champion Kalisto in the United Kingdom, Breeze seized the opportunity and reminded fans and management why he was one of the cornerstones of NXT. Him and Kalisto wrestled a fast-paced, dazzling match that would have been right at home on Raw or SmackDown.

Also on the show, amid all of the video packages and recaps, was a really fun Handicap match pitting Big Show against The Social Outcasts' Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. With some enjoyable spots and the typically great work out of the comedic undercard talent, it is more than worth the small amount of time it actually runs for.

Superstars is often overlooked and, sometimes rightfully so, but it is also home to some really talented individuals who are not allowed the chance to showcase their skills on either of the big two programs. Determination and motivation often make for the occasional hidden gem.
