WWE NXT WarGames 2021: 10 Last-Minute Predictions

1. Triple H Leads Team Black & Gold

Again, much like with Timothy Thatcher, this will only be possible if health doesn't get in the way. Triple H's well-being is way more important than WWE's latest wrestling show, but it'd be so cool to see him stand there and proudly fly the flag for 'Team Black & Gold'. That is Hunter's right.

He's the man responsible for much of what fans enjoyed on TakeOvers, after all.

Trips repeatedly went to bat for NXT as a brand. It was his baby, and he'd be a sweet addition to WarGames. A follow up promo from him, one that passionately defended what the likes of Ciampa and Gargano represent, would balance things out after Vince's 'Team 2.0' fluff job.

The temptation to run wild and pitch that Triple H hits Bron Breakker with a Pedigree was there, but no - that'd be counterproductive to what WWE are trying to achieve. Some pre-taped promos from McMahon and Hunter will do.
