1. What A Different Two Months Makes
At TLC, Roman Reigns failed to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from Sheamus following interference from The League of Nations. Following the heartbreaking loss, a furious Reigns decimated WWE COO Triple H with a steel chair, then hit him with a powerbomb and a Spear. Fans cheered and chanted "Thank you, Roman!" as the show went off the air. The following night, Reigns defeated Sheamus for the WWE Title, and the reaction was once again overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, Reigns's popularity didn't stick. Fans booed him at the Royal Rumble, then again at Fastlane. The trend continued at Raw, leading to a reversal of roles for the former Shield member and Triple H. "The Game" interrupted Reigns's match with Sheamus, then proceed to give the number one contender a beating. Reigns bled profusely, and finally, Triple H finished him off with a Pedigree on the steel steps. Fans were beside themselves with joy once more, but this time, they were supporting HHH.
