2. The Undertaker (2002)
In 2002, The Brand extension began the draft system. The first man to be drafted to Raw was the Undertaker, although he quickly regained his role as the top guy on Smackdown where he pretty much became the mainstay of the company for the next ten years.
1. John Cena (2005)
In 2005, the WWE Champion John Cena was drafted to Raw as part of Chris Jerichos highlight reel. Cena was welcomed to Raw by screaming fans, and although there is a lot of hostility around the superstar now he is and looks set to be the top guy on Raw until the very end of his career.
