WWE RAW 9/23/2013 Review: 5 Things We Learned

1. Paul Heyman & CM Punk: Still Fresh, Still Amazing

One would think the run Punk and Heyman are having would have started to grow stale by this time. In fact, it's the absolute opposite. Their program for these past months has gotten increasingly more interesting, and both men just continue to put on a clinic week in and week out. And it's only gaining steam. It was a logical choice to put Ryback with Paul Heyman, and in fact that decision took way too long to come to fruition and could've been handled differently and much sooner. But with that said, Heyman continues to goad Punk and ride him following his "victory" over Punk, and Punk is not backing down. Heyman is adding to his stable of goons, and even in Brock Lesnar's absence, it's all working. This is great television, and it is a weekly lesson in how to keep audiences engaged and tell a great wrestling story. What say you, wrestling fans?
