20-year old UK star Millie McKenzie has reportedly put pen-to-paper on a WWE contract.

talkSPORT's Alex McCarthy broke the news that McKenzie is expected to appear on the company's NXT UK brand imminently. McCarthy also reported that WWE officials have high hopes that Millie will make an instant impact and become one of the show's top female names.

McKenzie's only WWE experience to date came back in 2018 - she lost to Jinny in the first round of a tournament to crown the first ever NXT UK Women's Champion. Then, in 2019, the the former PROGRESS, Defiant and Pro Wrestling EVE standout turned down the chance to join WWE full-time.

Now, apparently, McKenzie believes the time is right to sign on the dotted line.

McCarthy included details about Millie's statement in last summer's #SpeakingOut movement. It's believed that Travis Branks (who was the subject of allegations from Millie) being part of the NXT UK roster was a barrier for McKenzie; Banks was released in June 2020 though, so that's no longer an issue.

WWE fans should be excited to see Millie in action. She's one hell of a talent.
