Anyone who has read any of this writer's stuff will already know how much of a Goldberg mark he was growing up, but facts cannot be denied: Bill isn't the priority here in 2021, and he 100% shouldn't be offing Drew McIntyre for that WWE Title. That, dear readers, would be an outright disaster.

Remember last year's 'Fiend' debacle? Yeah, WWE cannot repeat that. Goldberg, legend or not, needs to take Drew's Claymore Kick and stay down for the count. If anything, he needs to take it a mere five minutes into the match. A few power moves, some dramatic kick outs and a strong finish are all anyone needs from a Goldberg match.

McIntyre deserves this.

He's the future, not Goldberg. WWE can set Drew up for a big WrestleMania program (possibly against a returning Brock Lesnar) by having him run straight through an icon here. If they're feeling fruity, then WWE can also book McIntyre to power out of the Jackhammer too.
