WWE SummerSlam 2025: 10 Things That Must Happen

8. Jade Cargill Ends ‘Tiffy Time’

'Tiffy Time' is over, at least for now.

Tiffany Stratton memorably cashed in her Money In The Bank briefcase to win the Women's Title on a bumper 3 January edition of SmackDown. That feels like a lifetime ago now, but Stratton's title haul has been fine overall inside the ring. Triple H does need to have a sit down and think about her characterisation on the live mic and in other speaking segments though, 'cause our Tiff is barely likeable these days.

She still acts like a stuck up little brat regardless of who's sharing the scene with her, and Stratton is also guilty of forcing her lines out rather than talking naturally. She isn't crap on the mic, but promos aren't her top strength either. Besides, Jade Cargill has had WWE Women's Champion written all over since the day she jumped over from AEW to WWE.

Hunter worships the ground she walks on, and he sees dollar signs dancing in his head when thinking of Jade making media appearances as a top female champ. It isn't difficult to see why - she's a star. Walks like a star, talks like a star, looks like a star and has started to improve bell to bell during matches too.

It's time to ease that itchy trigger finger and shoot, shoot, shoot for the moon with Jade. This wouldn't be WWE giving up on Tiffany (not at all; she's held the belt since January!), but it would elevate Cargill up the ranks in a neat fashion. Next stop: Bianca Belair or a champ vs. champ encounter with Naomi?
