WWE Superstars React To Becky Lynch's Pregnancy
How Lynch's fellow WWE Superstars have reacted to her pregnancy online.
Becky Lynch's pregnancy announcement and relinquishment of her title on this week's WWE Raw has created ripples still being felt throughout the entire wrestling world.
While several of her colleagues appeared that same night to congratulate her backstage (and others like Shayna Baszler to kayfabe admonish her), several Superstars have taken to Twitter to react to Lynch's announcement. Here are some of the most prominent examples:-
Lynch's announcement came after several weeks off of WWE programming and fan speculation about her future with the company. At 399 days, she is longest-reigning Raw Women's Champion since the title's creation in 2016.
During her announcement on Raw, relinquished the title to Women's Money in the Bank winner Asuka, revealing that the contract inside the briefcase was for the championship proper instead of the usual title match. If and when she will return to active competition remains to be seen, and it's likely it'll be some time before she returns to WWE television.
Lynch is having her child with fellow wrestler Seth Rollins, whom she has been engaged to since 22 August 2019. The two had originally planned to wed in May, but the date has been postponed due to the ongoing global health situation.
