WWE TLC 2015 Results: 10 Awesome Moments

3. Dean Ambrose Wins Intercontinental Title

As aforementioned, Kevin Owens had a fine - yet short - run as Intercontinental Champion. Currently however, Dean Ambrose is embroiled in a big 'Us vs. Them' feud with the League Of Nations. Joining Roman Reigns and The Usos, 'The Lunatic Fringe' forms The Family. The League Of Nations hold most of the gold in WWE, so the decision was made to start evening up the odds. Fans popped for Dean's title win at TLC. Perhaps this was because some weren't expecting the title switch, or maybe fans genuinely like Ambrose and want to see his character succeed. Whatever the case, the win was greeted favourably by those in attendance for the pay-per-view. That only helped make the victory seem bigger. It would make sense that Owens will get another shot at the Intercontinental Title. That seems to be a WWE fail safe, knowing they can always book a rematch shortly after a title change. Ambrose seemed legitimately excited to be holding the Intercontinental belt, and he - like Owens - is a fine choice to be champion.
