WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (April 27)

2. Legends House

We're two weeks into Legends House and I haven't yet mentioned how awful it is. I am ashamed of that fact, and it's time for that to change! First of all, what is Howard Finkel doing in that house? Get him back on TV doing ring intros for every match! Second of all, man, Roddy Piper seems like a very troubled man. I'm not sure sharing a house with a bunch of ex-wrestlers in a contrived reality TV setting is a good environment for him. He's admitted that he has trouble closing his eyes in front of other people, and we saw him randomly get angry and punch water in a pool when he was by himself. Are we supposed to laugh at this? It's not hard to see why no network wanted any part of this show after it was first shot in 2012. Rest assured, it is not one of the top five reasons to order the WWE network. It's probably in the top 3,000, somewhere between WCW Slamboree 2000 and Beach Blast 93. If you haven't seen it, here's the gist: basically the legends are all old and cranky. To go a little more in-depth, Jimmy Hart likes to wear WWE shirts that were probably given to him for free, Tony Atlas tells stories that never end and Gene Okerlund has a bit of a potty mouth. I just saved you two hours. On the second episode, we watched the guys play golf cart polo for a good 20 minutes, saw Finkel walk around a tennis court, and finally found out how Jimmy Hart gets trademark lifestyle (he blowdries). It's hard to say what's worse, the train-wreck of Total Divas, or the snooze-fest of Legends House. Can we just have Tough Enough back please?

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
