WWE WrestleMania 30: 10 Superstars We'd Rather See Main Event Than Randy Orton

3. Roman Reigns

Speaking on behalf of myself and, judging by their reaction, the fans in attendance, once it became clear that Daniel Bryan wasn't going to be in the Royal Rumble match, we wanted Roman Reigns to win it. Not Batista. Reigns is another heel act, like Cesaro and Wyatt, who is very popular with the fans and who the company is high on. Also like Cesaro, it appears that a babyface turn is just around the corner for this guy. Another good in ring worker, who has a decent move in the Superman punch and can certainly deliver a spear better than Batista (as shown in the Rumble) and probably anyone else in the locker room. It's obviously more likely that he'll main event WrestleMania 31 than this year's. It's a very good timeframe for him to work his way up as a babyface, establish himself as a singles competitor away from The Shield and perfect his in ring work ahead of perhaps winning next year's Rumble and winning the title at Mania 31. As far as this year's Mania goes, he could end up facing the other members of The Shield (Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins) in a triple threat match - should they split up - or perhaps taking on Intercontinental champion Big E.
