6. CM Punk

CM Punk recently accused The Authority of sending The Shield to take him out on Monday Night Raw. The Best in the World believes that Triple H has once again set his sights him and if this angle continues, then we could see part two of the match that happened in 2011. As WWE fans know, 2011 was the Summer of Punk, when the Second City Saint sat cross-legged on the Raw stage and aired his grievances for the world to hear. Punk's career skyrocketed from there, as he defeated John Cena at Money in the Bank for the WWE Championship, then left the company with the belt. And Triple H was the man who wanted him back. The Game made moves to resign the new champ and when Punk did return, it appeared as though his character and Hunter's character could perhaps coexist in the company. However, that was not to be as Punk consistently tried to get under the skin of WWE's Chief Operating Officer. Triple H may have been a babyface at the time but Punk was openly questioning his every move. He believed that Hunter was up to his old tricks again, especially when Kevin Nash surprisingly returned to the fold. Nash quickly became a thorn in Punk's side and The Best in the World blamed The Game for all of it. The two men faced off at Night of Champions, where Triple H picked up the win. And that has been a point of contention for Punk's fans ever since. Those fans feel that Punk should have gone over on The Game that night, that Triple H basically killed Punk's momentum. Despite whether or not that is true, it does add to the drama surrounding a potential match between Punk and Hunter at WrestleMania 30. The fact that Punk has never trusted The Cerebral Assassin will only illuminate their back-story, as many of the accusations Punk leveled at Hunter in 2011 are being realized now. In many ways, CM Punk is the perfect man to face The Game at WrestleMania. But will it happen?
