3. Kurt Angle
As of writing, Kurt Angle is scheduled to make an appearance on the post-WrestleMania episodes of both RAW and SmackDown, and many are expecting him to take on some sort of managerial or authority role within WWE. But what if Angle and WWE are planning for one last in-ring run for the Olympic Hero?
Both Angle and Triple H have used the phrase ‘never say never’ when talking about Kurt’s wrestling return, and while they’ve gone on record saying that future plans for Angle will be discussed after the Hall of Fame Ceremony, it’s naïve to think that WWE don’t already have some ideas up their sleeve.
Kurt will be appearing at WrestleMania regardless, thanks to his Hall of Fame induction. So although he needs to pass physical examinations before he’s allowed to bump in a WWE ring, there’s nothing really stopping him from bursting onto the scene to throw a few punches and dish out a few ankle locks, or at the very least making a more substantial impact than clapping and waving to the WWE Universe.
For Kurt Angle to make a big return at WrestleMania 33 would be a bonafide 'WrestleMania Moment' - the kind we'd be talking about for decades to come.
