The excitement for this match has shifted since it was announced that Daniel Bryan would be making an in-ring return at 'Mania. Now, there's less buzz for Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens/Sami Zayn and more for Bryan delivering his 'Yes' kicks or picking up a win nobody thought they'd see until a few weeks ago.

WWE have to capitalise on fan sentiment towards Bryan and write him as the babyface in peril for his team. Some may not be happy to see Shane cast as the saviour for his side, but think about this: Daniel would get way more ring time than McMahon as a result.

That's the way it should be. He's the superior worker, years on the shelf or not.

Watching Owens and Zayn beat on Bryan, pointing a finger at Shane to blame him for it whilst doing so, is the heat section this match needs. Then, Daniel can plot a stirring comeback, tag in McMahon and WWE can take it from there. The match pretty much wrote itself once Bryan revealed his return.
