WWE WrestleMania 42: 20 Things That NEED To Happen

9. Bron Breakker Costs Seth Rollins

Naturally, it’s tempting to keep Bron Breakker's return back until the Raw after WrestleMania. It really is, but he could be needed to give Seth Rollins an out here and spin neatly into the match WWE likely wanted to book instead of Seth vs. Gunther. The company blatantly organised this bout to give these guys a spot on either night more than because they had an issue demanding it, but they’ll certainly have a solid enough match come crunch time.

Breakker running through Seth with a rib-smashing spear behind the ref’s back sounds good. Then, Gunther can capitalise and annoyingly claim that he beat Rollins single-handedly. For some extra sauce, why not have the 'Ring General' down on the mat ripe for a stomp before Bron makes his mark? Then, the heel can feign ignorance about the interference (as if he didn't get clued in ahead of time by Paul Heyman).

Heels benefit heels. It's the way pro wrestling has always worked even when they're not specifically allies.

It's a pity that Seth went down with injury last year when he did, because his absence cut The Vision's story arc off and meant the faction didn't actually have much of a combined purpose. Credit where it's due though: WWE readied themselves for an inevitable match between Rollins and Breakker by having Bron tear him to pieces whilst writing his former leader off TV.

Like with the Stephanie Vaquer vs. Liv Morgan situation, everyone involved can win out of this one if it's handled the right way this weekend.
