10 Awesome Comics That Need To Be TV Shows

walking dead comparison

Whilst comics have always been an important medium to a certain fringe group of society, nowadays they are moving further and further into a public discourse that members of the general public who may not have had access to them or even wanted to are able to consume them on a daily and weekly basis. One reason for this could be down to the success of a certain show in particular called The Walking Dead. Some fans of the original comic has been unimpressed at times with how the show has dealt with some of the issues and storylines that were in the original work, but overall it has been well received across the board, and so because of this many production companies now are looking for the next big comic to adapt for television. Over the next few pages, I will discussing, in my personal opinion which comics should be brought to the small screen to follow in the (shuffling and lurching) footsteps of The Walking Dead. I will try not to give too much information about the plots of these comics away throughout this article, just in case someone decides to follow my advice and get them into production. There will hopefully be enough information to whet your appetite if you feel like going out and experiencing these comics before the hopefully come to the small screen! I know journalism is supposed to be subjective, but this is an issue very close to my heart and at times I know I have strayed into objective territory; so I just thought I would beat everyone to the punch by stating this before you say in the comments that I have been subjective enough! I understand that not everyone is going to agree with me on some of these choices and some of you may feel I am down right wrong and misguided! Please feel free to offer your own opinion in the comments below.
