4. Phyla-Vell
If Moondragon does appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 then it seems only fair that her lover Phyla-Vell makes an appearance as well.
Phyla also has strong ties to more of Marvel's cosmic characters. When Wendell Vaughn died, she took up his Quantum Bands and joined the Guardians of the Galaxy as the new Quasar. She later lost those powers though when she became Martyr, an avatar of Oblivion (basically Death's fancier cousin), to save Moondragon.
Phylla is also the daughter of Mar-Vell, the original Captain Marvel. Since it's very probable that Mar-Vell will make some sort of appearance when the Captain Marvel movie comes out, it would be pretty easy to include Phyla as well to set up a larger appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy.
It would be a move that would help to strengthen the ties between the Guardians movie and the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe and would help stem the complaints about the MCU's distinct lack of LGBT characters.
Plus, the character probably deserves a break. In the comics, she was killed by an insane Adam Warlock and then resurrected, only to almost immediately be killed again mostly off-panel by Thanos and forgotten about by everyone pretty soon afterwards.
