10 Classic Villains Reimagined By Batman '66

4. Harley Quinn

Batman 66 Harley Quinn
DC Comics

In the Batman Vs. Two-Face animated movie, Dr. Harleen Quinzel assists Dr. Hugo Strange with his Evil Extractor device.

She was to appear in her complete-fledged Harley Quinn form at the end of the film, thus setting up the third part to the Batman '66 animated adventures but sadly, due to Adam West's unfortunate passing, it was cut out of the final release.

Her Batman '66 comic origins are different, but with slight similarities. Known as Dr. Holly Quinn, she assisted Dr. Overbeck in creating a brain regulator with the intention of curing Arkham's more eccentric patients.

When Joker and Catwoman use their own giant Brain Regulator to drive the citizens of Gotham mad, Holly sacrifices her sanity to save the city.

After spending time in an Arkham cell, Holly transforms herself into the Harlequin, Gotham's newest and craziest supervillain.
