6. Thor (Marvel Comics)

A lot of people think that Thor is just a big, strong, durable guy with a hammer whose esoteric abilities amount to being able to summon lightning and nothing more - they couldn't be more wrong. As far as the most basic abilities of Thor are concerned, he is extremely strong (which we've already established) - to the extent that his punches and strikes have sent fellow Asgardians in to space and almost killed Hulk, while he has broken Ben Grimm's arm and jaw off. He is also extremely durable - able to take punches from beings even more powerful than he is without being too badly injured. Speed-wise, he is by no-means Superman level, but he can easily react to bullets and, in terms of his flight speed, he can travel at faster than the speed of light thanks to Mjolnir. He also has extremely keen senses that allow him to track objects that are travelling at such speeds. His stamina has allowed him to fight Frost Giants for nine months, non-stop. Thor is also able to enter a mode called Warrior Madness, in which his physical statistics increase dramatically for a short period of time. More esoterically, he has used Mjolnir to magically heal - including regenerating entire body parts. He can summon lightning and can control the weather in general, enabling him to summon and control rain, wind and snow. Mjolnir is also capable of energy projection and absorption, dimensional travel, matter manipulation and, the most powerful of his offensive powers, the God Blast (which taps into Thor's life force and can damage even the most powerful of foes), the Thermo-Blast and the Anti-Force (which counteracts another force). So, if you thought that Thor was just like Hulk, but with more intelligence and a big old hammer, you would have been mistaken.
