7. Silver Surfer (Marvel Comics)
The Silver Surfer, as a herald of Galactus, has been imbued with a force of nature known as the Power Cosmic. As a result, he has a vast array of powers, both basic and extremely esoteric. At the most basic level, he possesses superhuman strength, endurance, durability, senses and speed (and he can use the Power Cosmic to augment those abilities to seriously high levels). Of those abilities, most prominent is his speed. The Silver Surfer is many times faster than light. This fact applies to every aspect of his being. He can travel faster than light, he can react faster than light and he can think faster than light. This was evident, for example, when he covered every inch of planet Earth during a search in an instant. He also has power over matter and energy. He can transmute one element in to another (so, for example, he could turn rock in to gold or turn wood in to water) and can both fire and manipulate various forms of energy and radiation, including the ability to create these from scratch (for example, he could create gamma radiation). His energy blasts have proven powerful enough to destroy planets. The Surfer can also heal living organisms, although this doesn't include the ability raise the dead, and he has proven capable of revitalising and evolving organic life on a planet-wide scale. He can cast illusions, teleport from one place to another, create inter-dimensional portals to other locations - including microverses - and phase through solid matter. He also possesses a high level of telepathy and resistance to telepathic attacks and has displayed the ability to travel through time under his own power (including the ability to take others with him on said travels).
