Mr Mxyzptlk is an inter dimensional imp, a trickster who torments the Man Of Steel. He clearly goes to the same tailor as Dick Grayson's Robin, as they both wear a pretty mean pair of booties. In this case, purple booties, You may think that he can be excused from this list on account of him being a nuisance to Superman and therefore not a villain to be taken seriously. He's also from another dimension, so maybe his orange and purple get-up is the height of fashion over there. I mean, while we're at it, why don't we pick on Bat-Mite?! We just can't forgive this costume though. It's an awful design and we can't even bear to look at it most times. It's the booties. Those damnable booties.
