10 Comic Book Characters Who Have NEVER Had Their Identities Exposed
7. Booster Gold
Michael John Carter originally hailed from the 25th century, where he attended Gotham University on a football scholarship. After he was exposed for throwing his games to win money, he got a job at the Metropolis Space Museum, where he became enthralled with stories of 20th-century superheroes.
Michael then stole a bunch of tech, and with the help of his robot, Skeets, he traveled back to the 20th century to become a superhero. He took with him Brainiac 5's force field belt, a Legion of Super-Heroes flight ring, and Rip Hunter's Time Sphere, all of which made him a formidable opponent to anyone in the 20th century.
He took on the name of Goldstar, but after he saved President Reagan, he was introduced as Booster Gold, and the name stuck. He went on to become a self-promoting superhero whose knowledge of 'past' events coupled with his impressive technology, made him suitable to join the Justice League, where he was often partnered with Blue Beetle.
The two heroes became best friends, and Blue Beetle learned his true identity, but the public never has. Even if his identity were exposed, it wouldn't matter since Michael John Carter wouldn't be born for centuries, making exposure somewhat moot.
