10 Comic Book Heroes Betrayed By Their Own Sidekicks

6. Cole Macgrath - Zeke

Green Arrow Roy Harper
Sony Entertainment

The world of Infamous is a little less ‘capes and tights’ and a little more ‘superpowered gangs fighting for control’. When Cole MacGrath finds himself in the centre of a massive explosion, he awakens with the power to control electricity, instead of just not waking up at all.

And with these powers comes the desire to be a superhero (or villain, depending on how you play the game!). But no matter which path Cole goes down, his loyal sidekick Zeke is right alongside him.

Throughout the first game the two unravel conspiracies dictated by a multitude of villainous characters, eventually coming face to face with Kessler – the man who detonated the ray sphere that gave Cole his powers.

Kessler plans on detonating the machine again, killing thousands and creating another superpowered individual. After a hard-fought battle, Zeke finds himself holding the device, with a chance to end the fight there and then. However, Zeke succumbs to his own selfish desires of power and activates the device.
