Oliver Queen is a master with a bow, and there aren't many targets his arrows miss. The Green Arrow is also a talented fighter having taken down the likes of Solomon Grundy. As far as his red wearing sidekick goes, he is on equal footing in terms of Green Arrow's signature weapon.
But aside from arrows, when it comes to weapon proficiency, Arsenal has Queen beat on almost every other single device used for taking someone down. The crimson half of the arrow-wielding duo is a master of something called Moo-Gi-Gong martial arts. It involves mastering 108 different types of weapons in 20 different categories.
Moo-Gi-Gong gives those who master this practice the ability to turn their environment and everything in it into an array of deadly weapons. These highly trained warriors also have an easy time predicting which weapon their opponent will use as well as what they will do with a given weapon, thus giving them yet another edge in combat.
Unfortunately for Oliver Queen, Arsenal is just too skilled and adaptable to take on in anything but an archery match. And if you lose the bows, Arsenal has Green Arrow beat any day of the week.
