4. Steve McQueen

Steve McQueen is one of the most underrated directors currently working in Hollywood today. His talent for subtle storytelling often goes under the radar when it comes to the Oscars, while the majority of his films have all had critical acclaim.

McQueen has shown incredible diversity throughout his filmography. From strong character pieces such as Hunger and Shame to heart-breaking historical epics with 12 Years a Slave. The performances within these films are utterly incredible and is easily one of the significant reasons to bring McQueen into the MCU.

With McQueen's latest film Widows, he not only drew incredible performances out of his cast but he also showcased a flare for action and tension with some of the robbery sequences. This kind of variety would make McQueen a great addiction to the MCU, especially if the character has some kind of moral ambiguity such as Daredevil or Magneto.
