Ultimate Spider-Man #67 begins with Peter Parker and Wolverine discovering they've swapped bodies. This leads to all sorts of hilarious hijinx including Peter accidentally impaling his arm with Wolverine's claws and chopping off his own finger. Upon meeting up, the two desperately try to figure out who Freaky Fridayed them.

In the end, it's revealed that Jean Grey was responsible for the "mind whammy". She explains to the pair of superheroes that she'd grown sick of Logan's advances and so, punished him by placing his brain in "the place it lasted wanted to be". (Unsurprisingly, Spider-Man took umbrage with this statement.) After returning them to their original bodies, everything went back to normal.

Even though it's a hilarious storyline, you can't ignore the astounding lack of responsibility Jean displayed. Because Peter had no idea how to use Wolverine's claws, he stabbed himself and could've easily killed someone. At one point, he accidentally popped his claws in front of Wolverine's face, nearly impaling his skull. Considering Jean is meant to be among the most level-headed of the X-Men, her actions here are surprisingly dangerous and careless.
