'The God of Cities' is what Jack Hawksmoor is otherwise known as and his power is as equally cool as hell and pretty damn weird. He can talk to cities. Yep.

That's not his only power of course because obviously that would be crazy. He can also turn pollution into nom noms and become stronger and faster only when in a city environment. For some reason.

Clad in a black suit rather than having a costume or alter ego, Jack also has his bare feet out rather than shoes which helps him feel closer to the concrete jungles. The hygiene issues are enough to make you cringe!

Joking aside, though, the origin of his powers weren't pleasant: he was kidnapped and repeatedly experimented on as a child.

As an adult Hawksmoor was a long term ally of Jenny Sparks and the obvious choice to take over as leader after her demise.
