DC's wild west characters are mostly forgettable, with the exception of course of the one and only Jonah Hex. It should surprise no one that they love this character so much they made a superhero out of his gun slinging great gran-daughter.

Jonah Hex has been life's punching bag practically out of the womb, being a victim of his abusive alcoholic father, a slave to an Apache tribe, and need we even bring up that giant freaking burn scar on one side of his face?

Needless to say, life has made Jonah gruff and strong, eventually moulding him into the fearsome bounty hunter he is now.

If you've committed a crime in the west, rest assured that Jonah Hex will eventually be after you. And then you'll really be wishing you turned yourself in to the cops. Jonah Hex never stops until he catches his mark, making him a source of fear of all of the old west's villains.

His determination to catch his next bounty is only outclassed by his John Wick-level inability to actually die.
