10 Incredibly Useful Superpowers Heroes Forgot They Had

8. Captain America's Enhanced Sight And Hearing

Captain America is the absolute peak of perfection for the human form. Thanks to a dose of Super Soldier Serum, Steve Rogers is the ultimate specimen of the human body in every possible way.

While Cap is known for his enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and even his smarts, several of the Sentinel of Liberty's abilities are often overlooked.

As a result of the procedure that turned Rogers into Captain America, the First Avenger's senses were all amped up to 11 as he became one of the most powerful characters within the pages of Marvel Comics. Some examples of powers that Steve Rogers rarely, if ever, uses are his game-changing sight and hearing.

With Cap operating on a different level to every human on the planet when it comes to his base senses, he has the bonus of being able to see further than others and also hear noises that others simply do not have the ability to pick up.

Being able to see and hear an attack coming before anyone else should be a major part of Captain America's standard battle strategy, yet these are things that are skimmed over when looking at the multitude of abilities showcased by the Star-Spangled Avenger.
