10 Insane Alternate Versions Of The Joker You Won’t Believe Exist

6. Ninja Joker - Batman Ninja

Joker White Knight
Warner Bros.

By all means, the design of the Joker in the Batman Ninja series shouldn't work. His moustache looks like something out of a Victorian-era period drama, his outfit looks even wilder than usual, and his anime hairstyle reaches so high it barely fits into a single shot of the film.

However, all these weird factors only end up playing into the Joker's favour. With everything about him in Batman Ninja being so overdramatised, his actual serious moments become incredibly intimidating - a concept further helped by the fact that the film involves some of his most outlandish weapons yet.

And really, with this Joker bringing us a plot involving time travel, Transformer-size mechs, and an epic ninja sword fight, it'd be impossible for him to feel over the top in this storyline - because the entire point of the series is to be as over the top as they can possibly get away with.
