Some potential futures of Wolverine are much weirder than others, and this one is certainly no exception. In the 1990-1995 run of Guardians of the Galaxy, we could see an alternate future in which Doctor Doom manages to get his hands on Logan's adamantium skeleton, placing his brain inside it to use it as a new body.

As if this wasn't wild enough, it turns out that Wolverine might not even be dead, despite the fact that Doctor Doom is literally walking around in his goddamn skeleton like it's a metal onesie. The series hints that the mysterious shadowy figure we see may in fact be Logan - although it was never revealed who exactly this was, so we will never know.

And the whole situation raises infinite other questions, such as: if Wolverine is alive and well, how exactly is he okay and not resembling a human slinky, since generally we need all our bones?
