Matt Murdock has been exposed as Daredevil so many times, it's hard to keep count. He's been outed by Machinesmith, Sammy Silke, The Sons of the Serpent, and many others. Even Spider-Man revealed his identity at one point.

Murdock was furious when Spidey exposed him but he understood it was an accident and the wall-crawler didn't mean it. The same cannot be said about Murdock's long-time partner, Karen Page, who willingly gave up Daredevil's identity to a criminal.

When the information made its way to Daredevil's arch-nemesis, the Kingpin, he had Murdock lose his law practise before blowing up his home. The Kingpin continued to use this knowledge against Murdock for years, which ultimately led to Karen Page's death.

And why did Karen Page give up Murdock's secret identity in the first place?

For heroin. She wasn't pushed into it. It wasn't beaten out of her. She wasn't tricked. She voluntarily betrayed the love of her life just so she could score some drugs. Although Page was obviously a victim to a soul-crushing addiction, Murdock couldn't help but feel betrayed by the person he trusted the most.
