Apocalypse basically has the jackpot on cool and useful powers, with a hat-trick in transformation powers, the ability to form almost any mutant power and some rad regeneration powers on the side.

To add a little extra on the side - just in case you didn't think Apocalypse was powerful enough - he has reached such levels of power that his blood is actually capable of restoring mutants' powers, meaning that he is also capable of powering up other people.

While this does all leave Apocalypse totally overpowered, it is justifiably so, in that the villain was created to face off against the X-Factor team, and generally faces against similarly powerful groups of heroes in his comic career.

With this in mind, while a team's worth of Captain Marvels may be powerful enough to match Apocalypse, one superhero is unlikely to get anywhere near that kind of power level.
