5. Deadpool
Though the tendency for Deadpool to retroactively insert himself into classic Marvel storylines has worn a little thin as of late, the idea of the character having bonded with the symbiote back in the day is actually rather interesting - as long as you can get past the idea that the merc' with a mouth was responsible for corrupting the creature into a violent, deranged mess.
During Deadpool's Secret Wars, it was revealed that the character had actually latched onto the black suit just before Spider-Man did. It's heavily implied in the one-shot that Wade was responsible for the symbiote's troubles later down the line, and in Deadpool: Back in Black, it comes back for more.
In the wake of Peter's successful attempt to rid himself of the being, the symbiote finds itself looking for a new host. The only difference here is that it doesn't find Brock right away, but instead scurries away to find Wade, who was of course the being's first host.
The pair embark on a number of adventures together before normal programming resumes and the symbiote finds Brock, but still, Deadpool has worn the symbiote, and Marvel continuity is all the more weird for it.
