One of the best "bad girls" in the Marvel Universe has the enviable ability to take on the form of anyone she chooses, but then again, why would she when she is still drop dead gorgeous to look at in her standard form? Naturally, we're talking about Mystique. Prior to the first X-Men film, Mystique was a formidable character, complex in history and always seen as a grand dame of danger. However, when Rebecca Romijn-Stamos donned the blue paint to play the first film version of this character, there's no doubt that Mystique became a tad bit more sexually charged between the pages of comics. As a mutant in regular form, Mystique has deep red hair, yellow eyes (usually), and indigo-colored skin. Thanks to her film representations, Mystique is sometimes drawn with scales strategically placed all over her body, with these scales acting as "layers" to aid in her shape-shifting. Whether she has scales or not, or is rocking the iconic white gown or parading around nude in the X-Men films, or is on the comic page or on the silver screen played by Jennifer Lawrence, Mystique proves that "inhuman" doesn't have to be hideous, and Marvel fans will take her any way they can get her.
