5. Super-Skrull
The Skrulls are one of the Fantastic Four's worst and earliest enemies. The most powerful among them is the Super-Skrull.
After the Skrull's initial invasion of Earth was foiled by the Fantastic Four, the Skrull Emperor decided to build a super-soldier to get revenge on his new enemies. The Skrull warrior Kl'rt was chosen for the process and transformed into the Super-Skrull.
Not only does Super-Skrull have the combined powers of the Fantastic Four, he is better than them too. He's stronger than the Thing, stretchier that Mister Fantastic, has stronger telekinesis and invisibility control than the Invisible Woman and is better at setting stuff on fire than the Human Torch.
During their first encounter, Super-Skrull was so strong that the Fantastic Four had no choice but to run away from him. They were later able to beat him though, when they found away to cut him off from his powers.
He fought the F4 again though and managed to cause the death of Johnny and Sue's father by planting a bomb on him.
Since then he's gone on to fight numerous other heroes including Thor and the Avengers. In more recent years, he's not been used as much and has even become more heroic, often acting as a representative of the entire Skrull empire.
