It's incredibly lucky that Killer Frost is a character that wants to do good, because otherwise she could go on a murder spree the likes of which even major villains could only dream of. This is proven especially true when - after a solid beatdown of a mind-controlled Justice League - Frost refuses to kill the man who had been controlling them.

Frost has no reason not to, and in fact actively needs to in order to not freeze to death - but chooses not to, proving that sometimes 'Killer' is just an unfortunate nickname.
