Hemo-Goblin may have infected Extrano and another New Guardian with AIDS, assuming Extrano didnt have AIDS already, given that his creators needed it to win their game of offensive gay 1980s stereotype bingo. About the only way Hemo-Goblin could be worse is if he were named Homo-Gobblin.
