Darkseid. Ruler of Apokolips. Archenemy of Highfather.
His Omega Beams can both one shot Superman and keep up with the Flash, he can tear open dimensional rifts, use telepathy across dimensions and even survive dimensions collapsing on him. Darkseid's amalgamation of durability, strength & speed is nothing to scoff at.
Darkseid's personal power is not all he has at his disposal. Much like the Highfather he has his own demonic army that are enough to stalemate the superior forces of the other New Gods.
Often regarded as the Justice League's greatest enemy, the combined strength of the entire League is necessary to defeat the monster that is Darkseid and even then, victory is not a guarantee.
In his true form he can fracture time and space itself by bonding with the universe and even has the potential to absorb and corrupt the entire multiverse. However, as he has never been able to fully manifest his immense power like this, he can't be placed higher.
