10 Most Powerful Mutants In Marvel History

2. Legion

David Charles Haller, also known as Legion, is the son of Professor Xavier and thanks to his parentage he's developed significant abilities. The added wrinkle with those abilities is that they are deeply rooted within his Dissociation Identity Disorder, otherwise known as DID.

There have been more than 50 named personalities within Legion's mind shown throughout the years, but there are likely hundreds more. Each personality has its own unique Mutant ability with some operating at Omega-Level classification. This essentially means that Legion's own Omega-Level Mutation is multiplied hundreds of times within his own mind as each identity manifests itself.

One of his natural Mutant abilities enables Legion to absorb the personality of anyone who dies near him. Through this, he has picked up numerous people from the real-world, and their powers came along with their minds.

Listing all of his abilities would take longer than anyone wants to read, but to take a few off the top, he has demonstrated an ability to turn into a werewolf, use a prehensile tongue, manipulate matter and energy at subatomic levels, warp reality as he sees fit, and even alter time and space. The only true limitation is Legion's inability to completely control his powers, but if he could, he would likely be the most powerful being in the Marvel Universe.
