4. Black Bolt

The majority of the characters featured on this list have demonstrated similar powers. Super strength, reality manipulation, excessive self-healing abilities, and invulnerability are among the gifts that make the most powerful so overpowered. Of those Black Bolt has only demonstrated one - enhanced strength.

He cannot heal himself at incredible rates or make himself impervious to harm. The man can't even talk lest he cause massive damage. That, however, is what places him on this list. Black Bolt is well-known for his deadly voice, but it isn't his only superpower. He draws in electron energy from the environment which allows him to fly and fire energy blasts.

He can survive in space, has above average strength, and can analyze and manipulate matter. None of this really garners much attention because the man can annihilate whole cities with a whisper. For anyone who has ever thought that sonic screams or any form of vocal power was lame just let that previous sentence sink in for a while.

There are examples of Black Bolt's power usage that I could provide but it would be entirely unnecessary. All you really need to know is that the man can crack mountains with less than a whisper. What would become of the Earth if the man were to scream? If all you really need to do to take down any enemy is let out one fourth a sigh then you are too powerful.

If you have to have such incredible self-restraint that you never speak a single word lest you destroy everything in your path and beyond then you are too powerful. Is the message getting through? Of course, due to Black Bolt's power level he hardly ever demonstrates its use. This makes his power more of a burden than anything else, but such an instance is more of a reason to include him on this list than anything else.
