5. Inertia
Inertia/Reverse-Impulse/Kid Zoom has faced off against the Flash Family several times, with Bart Allen acting as his main rival. Every bit as twisted as his namesakes, Inertia was cloned from Bart's genetic material in the 30th century by one of Eobard Thawne's descendants to enact revenge on the Allen family.
He was able to alter time relative to himself like Zoom. Therefore, he appeared to move at superhuman speed from the perception of observers and enabled him to rival the likes of Bart Allen and Wally West.
Unlike Bart, Thaddeus Thawne's growth was significantly slowed compared to his genetic template. This made him more methodical and calculating, compared to Bart's more... uhm, impulsive nature. Upon realizing the purpose of his creation and seeing how adored Bart was, the clone felt dejected and abandoned his crusade.
Thawne's most notable exploits include kidnapping Jay Garrick in an attempt to steal the Flash Family's speed, orchestrating Bart Allen's death, and working with various Rogues as well as Deathstroke. His affiliation with the Rogues was his undoing as they killed him in the build-up to the Final Crisis event.
