10 Powers You Didn't Know Famous Comic Characters Possessed

1. Wonder Woman - Make People Tell The Truth

So, you probably think Wonder Woman has the same powers that you associate with Superman - the aforementioned immense strength, crazy durability, incredible speed and the ability to fly, right? Close, but no cigar! Wonder Woman possesses a pair of indestructible bracelets known as the Bracelets of Submission, a tiara that can be used as a weapon, a magical sword (which really hasn't shown itself to be anything more than... well... a sword) and the Lasso of Truth which we'll be focusing on here. Wonder Woman can use the Lasso of Truth to interrogate her opponents. She wraps it around them and every question she asks them will be answered truthfully. "Were you responsible for the robbery?" "Did you kill that man?" "Are you generally up to no good?" As you can see in the above pictures, a character only needs to touch it for the effects to occur, which Green Lantern found out - much to his embarrassment. So there you have it - ten powers that you probably didn't know well-known comic book characters possessed. Did you like this article?
