10 Raunchy Comic Book Scenes Nobody Wants To See On Film

4. Literally Anything From Rawbone

The likelihood of Rawbone ever making it to film is slim to zero - it was a terrible comic - but that's not to say it shouldn't be stressed vehemently that nobody would ever want to see the sex scenes from its pages in a movie. To clarify, Rawbone was a four-issue 2009 original story published independent American company Avatar Press. It was basically about pirate rape, to be blunt, and the dialogue during even the consensual sex scenes was absolutely appalling, over-the-top, cheesy and very, very awkward. Take the sex scene from which the above image was taken, for example; the woman involved (in addition to the inexplicable dialogue in the image you can see) says things like "Have that harpoon hard home, boy! I'll grip tight on your barb... 'till you spout like the spermy whale." Yeah, really. Warren Ellis - one of the authors who was heavily involved with Avatar Press - has described Rawbone as €œfrankly, f***ing disgusting and completely insane.€ If that isn't enough to confirm that there's no way it should ever be turned into a movie, nothing isn't. Please, please spare the world the indignity of having to hear those words spoken out loud.
