5. Enhanced Stamina And Reflexes

Another bonus of Logan's healing factor, mutation, and adamantium is that he can push his body far beyond the limits of normal humans.

His animal-like mutations give him incredible agility and reflexes, creating a tremendous edge in combat and allowing him to move and react much quicker than humans. This has also contributed to the myriad of fighting styles he has learned in his many, many years of life.

Because his body is constantly in a state of healing, he can strain his muscles without injury, as his body quickly processes the toxins produced from overworking, allowing him to exert himself for hours without fatigue.

It also gives him the strength and stamina to support his metal skeleton; putting those together gives him much higher-than average strength. His adamantium bones allow him to use his enhanced strength to lift things that would normally be too much for a human skeleton to bear.

When his strength, endurance and fighting skill are needed quickly in a certain spot, he and other ultra-strong teammates (like Colossus) have created the Fastball Special, a combat move where Wolverine is picked up and hurled like a ball, creating not only impact from being thrown, but also from his own strength and weight.

One has to imagine it would feel something like getting hit with a wrecking ball. With spikes all over it.
